2021 CoC Survey on Racial Equity in Homeless Services

Centering race equity is a value in our Continuum of Care and in how we approach homeless design and services. It is achieved as a series of steps taken to move toward more equitable practice. We are gathering information through this survey to learn the steps our partner organizations are taking in this important work so that we can support and further cultivate race equity in our CoC.

The survey is divided into two parts. Part One asks you to reflect on your organization's readiness for race equity practices and policies. Part Two focuses on how race equity is being considered across multiple areas of your organization.
