The MACUMA Lifetime Achievement Award honors individuals who have dedicated their lives to and have made significant contributions throughout a career of service to the Credit Union industry. This award is a unique tribute given only to the individual who is worthy of recognition for a lifetime commitment to the vision and mission of the credit union movement.

Two awards will be given this year. One will go to a retired credit union professional or board member, and one will be awarded to an individual who belongs to an affiliate member who has contributed to the overall success of the credit union industry. The recipient must be retired, and his/her previous company must be a current MACUMA member.

You may nominate for either category using this form. If you wish to submit nominations for both categories or for multiple individuals, please submit a separate form for each person. If you have  any questions, please contact us at operations@macuma.org.
