District Staff ZPass Utilization Survey Questions

Thank you for answering a few simple questions for the Ohio Shared Services Collaborative (OSSC). Your school district is a member of the OSSC and participates in our project aimed at reducing school transportation expenses while providing quality service to students and their families. We are trying to gauge the effectiveness of the ZPass card component of our project and will be using your responses to inform decision-making about ZPass as the project continues. The survey should only take 5 minutes to complete and your responses are completely anonymous.

You can only take the survey once. The survey will close on November 3, 2016. Questions marked with an asterisk (*) are required.
