Dear friend,

This is an important time in the life of our church, as we prayerfully consider how and where God is leading us into the future. For the last few months, Church Council has been meeting regularly to pray, discuss, and discern the future direction of our church. Now we want to hear from you. Your voice is valued and your input is instrumental in this process.

This is why we are conducting this survey. We’ve crafted a variety of questions to get your input on our church and its ministries — not only to see where things are going well, but also to get an honest look at where we can improve and ideas we can implement to become more effective into the future. Your feedback will be vital in shaping the future direction, mission, and culture of our church.

The survey should only take 5 minutes, and your responses are completely anonymous.
