Oregon Transit Rider Bus Stop Survey

The Public Transportation Advisory Committee ADA Workgroup is surveying riders and providers throughout the state to gather information on best practices and successes of creating accessible bus stops that meet ADA standards and beyond.

COVID-19 has changed our day-to-day activities in many ways. All questions, except the last question, should be addressed with how things were before COVID-19.  We are asking that the last question be answered specifically addressing COVID 19.

The information gathered will be used to create a template toolkit on ADA accessible transit stops.  This tool kit will be used as a guide for transit agencies.  The spacing, location, amenities and design of bus stops significantly influence rider's access to transit.
