Millennial Focus Group Registration

Thank you for your interest in participating in a focus group on November 18th for Community Portrait: A Jewish Population Study of Greater Philadelphia. Please complete the following form and a member of our team will reach out to you to confirm your eligibility and provide additional details for the session.

The focus group will be held at the Jewish Community Services Building at 2100 Arch Street and will run approximately 90 minutes. A kosher meal will be provided and we will be offering $25 as a thank you for your time and participation.
