HRCU Volunteer Application
We appreciate your interest in volunteer opportunities for the Board of Directors and Supervisory Committee.
The Board of Directors is responsible to perpetuate HRCU for all present and future members and fulfill its fiduciary responsibility to the membership in all decisions. The Board of Directors oversees operations conducted by the President & CEO who oversees Senior Management and staff of HRCU.
The Board of Directors consists of nine (9) voting directors. Board members must be a member in good standing of HRCU, be at least 21 years of age, and have requisite business knowledge demonstrated by business or work experience or through completion of an appropriate educational degree.
The Supervisory Committee is responsible for ensuring HRCU is soundly managed and assists the Board of Directors and Management in safeguarding the members’ assets, ensuring the reliability and integrity of financial and operational information, complying with applicable laws and regulations, and reviewing risk management assessments.
The Supervisory Committee consists of three (3) to five (5) members. Supervisory Committee members must be a member in good standing of HRCU and have experience and/or knowledge in business, finance, audit and/or risk management.
