As a pastor in this current pandemic, we recognize that the stress of worship may have become even greater, especially when it comes to determining the right time to have in person worship vs. virtual or hybrid situations. COVID-19 has changed the way we do church and what church means for each of us. Recognizing that things are changing rapidly, the Conference is interested in finding out what our churches are doing in light of the current restrictions, what your plans are going forward, and if there are any specific needs we can address on your behalf. In addition, we are wondering what kinds of training our pastoral leadership might be interested in having in the coming year.
