Self-Advocate Version - JFK Partners Community Needs Assessment: 2025-26

In 2026, JFK Partners will apply for federal funds to support our work with people who have Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities, including autism. These funds help us train people who work with Coloradans with disabilities and their families. They also support disability research, community education, and working together with local partners. Your input will help us shape our five-year plan for serving Colorado’s disability community.

In this survey, we use the shorter term “I/DD” to talk about Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities and autism. If you need this survey in a different format, you can ask for one by emailing Dina.Johnson@cuanschutz.edu.
