Rolling Hills CDBG
The City of Catoosa is considering the best way to fund street improvements in the “Rolling Hills” neighborhood located East of 193rd E. Avenue.  The City may be able to apply for a federal or state grant to help in this regard.  An income survey of the area shown above where the improvements are proposed is necessary to make an application for these funds.
