2025 Annual New York State Hepatitis C Elimination Progress Report Meeting Call to Present Innovative and Promising Practices Survey

Dear Partners in Elimination,

We invite you to share your innovative and promising practices that support NYS’s hepatitis C elimination efforts during the virtual NYS Annual Hepatitis C Elimination Meeting. The meeting will take place on May 14, 2025 from 10:00am - 2:00pm.

We are seeking submissions from both community-based and clinical settings that describe unique and effective strategies for working towards hepatitis C elimination. Proposals that include meaningful involvement of people with lived experience of hepatitis C are particularly encouraged. Priority will be given to submissions that address the meeting theme of "syndemics."

All submissions must be received by January 15, 2025.
