As part of the Women in Techworks initiative, we are planning to deliver a series of workshops across the UK focused on supporting individuals returning to careers in the technology sector. The workshops will bring together employers, industry stakeholders and returners to better understand the challenges and opportunities associated with returning to work after a career break.
The purpose of this survey is to assess the level of interest among employers and individuals in participating in and supporting this initiative, and to gather initial views on the challenges, opportunities and support mechanisms that could help attract, recruit and retain women returning to the technology workforce. Your feedback will help with the focus and content of the program.
