Mental Health in the Turnaround Industry

As turnaround industry professionals, we face the pressures and traumas that accompany distressed business environments not just once or twice in our careers, but on a constant basis. I have witnessed the toll that working in this industry has placed on several of my professional colleagues. In an effort to understand this issue better, I am spearheading a TMA Global Presidential Working Group focused on mental health in our industry.
