Mentee Application - 2027 NC Emerging Leaders Mentorship Program

The NCBA Emerging Leaders division is now accepting applications for the North Carolina Emerging Leaders Mentorship Program. The deadline to apply to be a mentee is October 30, 2026. You have been identified as a possible mentee for this program.

More details will be provided in the coming months, but some high level information is included below:
  • This will be a 6 month virtual or in-person mentorship program beginning in January 2027 lasting until June 2027.
  • At least one in-person meeting is suggested between a mentor and mentee. Additional monthly meetings (1 per month) can be virtual and are decided on by mentor and mentee.
  • A required in-person meet and greet kick-off event where a mentorship toolkit will be provided and mentees can meet their mentors is scheduled for January 6, 2027 in Greensboro, NC.
  • Bi-monthly program check-ins (via email) will be conducted by NC Bankers Association.
  • A mid-check in virtual connect event for mentors and mentees will take place in March 2027.
  • Closing program will take place June 2, 2027 in Greensboro, NC.
