Welcome to our annual survey exploring how people working across all areas of career development feel about the profession. The data from past surveys has been used to raise the profile of issues such as levels of pay and the sustainability of the career development workforce, as well as by careers organisations such as the CDI to develop campaigns and plans.
The survey should take no more than 15 minutes and please do share it with your networks to maximise the people who respond and get the best representation of the whole profession.
All responses are anonymous. We ask for demographic information to better understand the diversity of the profession and to identify how responses may vary for people with different characteristics.
