City of Gilroy Arts & Culture Commission Award Nomination Form

The Arts & Culture Commission is seeking nominations for individuals from the Gilroy community that strive to make Gilroy a better place in regards to cultural and artistic activities which encourage, promote and stimulate the growth of broad based arts in the community.

Nominations are due by the 1st Tuesday of each month and will be reviewed by the Arts & Culture Commission at their 2nd Tuesday Meeting. The award honoree will be announced at the meeting and receive the award at the next regular Arts & Culture Commission Meeting.
