Survey for a Centre for Curators, June 2016

Hello and thanks for your interest in Critical Distance centre for curators in Toronto. This brief questionnaire will allow you to provide your opinion on which programs and projects we should prioritize for our (re)launch year, and respond to our call for board members, volunteers, members, and program participants. 

The survey should take no more than 5–10 minutes to complete. Please respond as soon as possible so that we may move forward with strategic planning and program development. If you express an interest in actively participating, we will contact you in a follow-up email.
