Summary Information

The Gyo Obata Fellowship is a full-time, summer work opportunity for college undergraduates from backgrounds that have been traditionally underrepresented in the arts. The ten-week paid summer fellowship program will provide ten college juniors or seniors with a hands-on introduction to arts nonprofits in St. Louis City and County.

The program will select and match undergraduate students with selected local nonprofit arts organizations. RAC will provide financial support to the selected host arts organizations to help cover a large majority of the costs associated with hosting a fellow.

Arts nonprofits interested in hosting a fellow in summer 2019 must meet the eligibility requirements and complete the application below by January 15, 2019.
