I confirm my business generated between USD $30,000 - $300,000 in annual revenue for the last financial year

I confirm that the business has been operational for more than 1 year and no more than 7 years

I confirm that the business has a minimum of 3 full-time employees

I understand that the CEO (or decision making principal) will be the primary participant in the programme
