The successful applicant will have at least a 4 year degree in psychology or social work and be must eligible for Medicare registration where she has either eligibility or demonstrated eligibility for membership of the Australian Psychological Society (APS) and the Psychology Board of Australia (Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency) or the Australian Association of Social Work.

The successful applicant will have a strong theoretical knowledge of therapeutic (including diagnostic, behavioural and psychometric) assessment, and the ability to transfer this knowledge to practice. Willingness to integrate other theoretical frameworks and to treat a broad range of client issues.

Relevant experience as a psychologist or mental health social worker working with individuals, couples and families.
