Round Table Screening Questions

Thank you for your interest in participating in our of the round tables occurring, IN PERSON, at the Eye Believe Seminar in Dallas Texas. In person participation is required for these optional activities.

Please note: Castle Biosciences at 12:30pm - 1:30pm EST will be providing lunch. The next round tables are available for selection at later times in the afternoon. No lunch will be provided after the Castle Round table so plan for other arrangements ahead of time.

Each round table has 10 available slots. Most slots are for patients only. If caregivers are requested, they are noted in the type of round table listed below.
The next page of screening questions will help determine who is selected for which round table. Your preferences will be noted but can not be guaranteed.

Participants are screened and chosen by the companies listed as round table hosts (ie Castle, Aura, Ideaya, Immunocore, and Delcath Systems).

A Cure in Sight does not select or influence who participates in which round table and cannot be held accountable for the choices of the round table hosting companies.
