MassDOT is exploring if a system of Regional Mobility Managers would be beneficial in Massachusetts. Mobility Managers connect people to transportation options and work across sectors with partners to understand where gaps in service exist so that they can work to fill them. A system of Regional Mobility Managers could entail a group of Mobility Managers--each responsible for a specific geographic area--to coordinate mobility management both within and across areas.
