Ferguson CLE Fellowship Cohort 6 Student Interest Form

Our Ferguson CLE Fellowship Application for Cohort 6 will open in early March 2027. If you're interested in applying, please complete this short form to be added to our email list. We'll notify you as soon as the application becomes available.

Eligibility Requirements:
To be considered for the program, applicants must:
1) Due to the terms of our corporate sponsorships, this opportunity is open only to candidates who are permanently authorized to work in the United States without requiring visa sponsorship of any kind—whether from an employer, a university, or any other entity—now or in the future. Individuals currently studying in the U.S. on an F-1 visa do not meet this requirement and are not eligible to apply, including those who currently hold or plan to obtain Optional Practical Training (OPT) or Curricular Practical Training (CPT) authorization.
2) Have a minimum 3.0 GPA
3) Demonstrate a strong interest in pursuing a career in the real estate industry — including, but not limited to, commercial, construction, affordable housing, residential, brokerage, multi-family, or industrial sectors).
