PILAA Inclusive Welcome - (visitor attractions, museums, galleries, and other associated spaces)

This survey, which is run by PILAA (https://www.pilaa.co.uk), aims to find out what an 'inclusive welcome' (a welcome to a visitor attraction space that makes you feel included, invited, and that you belong there, irrespective of your background, or how you identify) by front of house staff would look like for as wide a swathe of the public as possible. We estimate that it will take around 5 to 10 minutes to fill in. Please write as much or as little as you like.

Unless you put your email address in the survey, you will remain anonymous, and if you do include your email address, it will be kept separate from your answers. All answers will be stored in accordance with GDPR. Please feel free to pass on this survey to anyone you like.

3.When you first enter any of these types of spaces, what do you first notice or look to see?
4.Have you ever not received a good welcome by staff at a visitor attraction, museum, gallery, or associated space?

6.Have you ever not returned to any of these types of spaces because you did not receive an inclusive welcome by staff and if so, what changes would need to be made, for you to go back?
