PAX Tools provides trauma-informed evidence-based strategies for all adults who care for youth.PAX Tools is the community-based companion to the PAX Good Behavior Game. PAX GBG consists of 10 evidence-based strategies, inspired by decades of research from school teachers, developmental psychologists, prevention scientists, as well as from cultural wisdom. PAX improves behavior, performance, and relationships with young people. While PAX GBG is used in classrooms, PAX Tools recognizes that other adults help to shape the child. PAX Tools was developed for the other environments where kids interact in the community. The strategies are rooted in the same science as PAX GBG, but developed in a way that makes sense for parents and youth-serving professionals who work or play with the children. Both PAX GBG and PAX Tools approach behavior as a skill set.
