The West Norfolk Volunteer Fair is a collaborative event organised by Community Action Norfolk and The Purfleet Trust. It offers voluntary, community, and social enterprise (VCSE) organisations across West Norfolk the opportunity to promote their work, engage with the public, and connect with other local groups.
This free event will take place on Wednesday 22nd October 2025 at King’s Lynn Town Hall. It will run from 09:30 – 16:00, with set-up available from 09:00. Refreshments will be provided throughout the day.
Why take part?
- Showcase your volunteering opportunities and activities to local residents.
- Recruit new volunteers and raise your profile in the local community.
- Network with other voluntary and community organisations in West Norfolk.
- Learn more about what’s happening locally and build connections across sectors.
What’s included?
- A free stall/table in the main exhibition area (subject to availability).
- Refreshments for up to two people per organisation.
- Access to free workshops focused on volunteer engagement, wellbeing, and partnership working.
Please note:
There are a limited number of tables available. Priority will be given to organisations and groups that provide volunteer opportunities in West Norfolk. If you register but are later unable to attend, please let us know as soon as possible so we can reallocate your place.
We kindly ask that all stall bookings are submitted by Friday 20th September 2025.
We’re looking forward to celebrating the amazing work of our local volunteers and the organisations that support them – let’s encourage more people to get involved!
