Please read in its entirety before moving onto the survey.

-The Wild Pig Surveillance Program is led by the OFAH and its Invading Species Awareness Program.

-All information included in this survey is confidential, however, if you report a pig, you acknowledge that your contact information will be shared with the NDMNRF to facilitate the necessary follow-up.

-By volunteering, you recognize that the goal of this project is NOT to hunt wild pigs, but to facilitate early detection and rapid response by trained professionals.

-If you would like to volunteer to receive a loaner camera (limit of one per volunteer), you acknowledge that you're willing to keep the trail camera location baited.

-Only the successful registrants will be contacted to receive a wild pig kit. However, we appreciate you taking the time to volunteer.

-By volunteering to receive a kit, you acknowledge that you will install the camera as soon as possible after it has been received and acknowledge that you will return the kit via the enclosed shipping label once surveillance is finished (date TBD) NOTICE: you will be required to drop off the kit and its contents to your nearest Purolator office.
