Taking part is your choice. You do not have to participate. There are no negative effects if you do not. If you start the survey, you can stop at any time.
The survey will take about 5 to 10 minutes to complete.
To take this survey, you must provide your name and contact information. This helps us make sure the survey results are accurate and allows us to contact you if we need more information.
What is the purpose of this survey?We want to learn about people’s experiences and views.
Who can see my information?Only staff at the Saskatchewan Human Rights Commission will see the full results. Your identity and answers will be kept confidential. We will not share your personal information without your consent.
How long will my information be kept?Your information will be kept for 7 years.
Where will my data information stored?The survey is run using SurveyMonkey. Your answers will be stored according to SurveyMonkey’s privacy policy. After the survey is finished:
- Your data will be removed from SurveyMonkey
- It will be stored on a password-protected computer
- Only Commission staff can access it
Where will the results be used?Your answers will be combined with others. We will not identify you personally. The results may be used to:
- Write reports
- Share information with education partners
- Support work on human rights complaints
- Help with future research
Any there any benefits?You will not receive a direct benefit. However, your answers may help improve how students with disabilities are supported in schools.
Are there any costs or payment?There are no costs to take part. You will not be paid.
