The 44th Avenue East waterfront site (located here), once referred to as Bunge Dock, is positioned along Allouez Bay on Superior’s east side within the St. Louis River Estuary. The City of Superior and project partners are beginning early planning efforts to explore future public access opportunities at this unique waterfront location. (Learn more here.) Community feedback will play an important role in the process and will help guide future concepts for recreation, access, amenities, and the overall experience at the site. Whether you already use the area or are seeing it with fresh eyes, we want to hear your ideas. No final plans have been determined, and community feedback will directly inform planning decisions.
