Your participation in this brief survey will help the City of Williamsport target its actions for the continuing improvement of the East End, a sector of the City that includes the part of the downtown business district on the east side of Market Street (the “Old City”) and the area along Interstate 180 east to Catherine St. and north to Washington St. (“the Third St. Gateway”).

This survey is part of a study of the current need for various types of uses and ways to revitalize this part of the City over the next 10-20 years. We are interested in your views on the environment in this area and how it can be improved.
