Early Childhood Inclusion Family Survey

Families, we want to hear from you!

Iowa is part of a national Early Childhood Inclusion project.  That means we are taking a look at how Iowa is doing at including young children with developmental delays, disabilities, and special health care needs in things like childcare, preschool, and community programs.  We also want to know how involved their families and caregivers feel they get to be in those programs.

We want to hear from families and caregivers of children that are currently under the age of 8 AND had an IFSP or IEP in place by the time your child was no older than 5 years old.
