Eugene/Springfield Provider Housing and Community Development & Fair Housing Survey

Provider Housing and Community Development Survey

Every five years, the cities of Eugene and Springfield must prepare a consolidated plan to address housing, homeless, community and economic development needs and priorities. The Consolidated Plan guides the use of federal Community Development Block Grant and HOME Investment Partnership Program funds received by both Cities. The process to develop the plan for the 2020-2024 period is now underway.  Similarly, the cities of Eugene and Springfield must update the fair housing document, called the Analysis of Impediments to Fair Housing Choice (AI). The AI identifies fair housing issues as well as actions to further fair housing across the cities.

We need the help of agencies, organizations and non-profits that provide both direct and indirect services to residents to identify housing and non-housing community needs. Please complete and submit this survey by Friday, December 6th. Your responses are very important to this process.

Your responses will be aggregated with responses from other housing and human services providers that serve Eugene and Springfield residents. The resulting data will be used to help develop strategies to improve housing and non-housing services for low- and moderate-income people in the community and to set priorities for allocating funds.

Additional information regarding the Eugene-Springfield Consolidated Plan process and staff contact information are available at https://www.eugene-or.gov/4300/2020-Consolidated-Plan-Process
