This award recognises an outstanding Apprentice who has gone beyond the call of duty whilst training toward their qualification with Hungry Caterpillars. Working full time whilst gaining a qualification can be challenging, the winner will have overcome any challenge they may have had in order to achieve deadlines and embed their learning. They will be on target with their qualification, have great attendance and punctuality never letting the team down. They are a fantastic support to the team, use great initiative and clearly show the potential they have for a future career in early years.
