Junior Program - Head Coach
The Buckley Park Cricket Club has grown significantly over the last ten years to become one of the strongest clubs within the North West Metro Cricket Association. For the upcoming the 2025/26 season the club will have four Junior teams across U/10, U/12 and U/14 grades and the club is looking to fast track the development of these young junior players with a Head Coach.
Key Selection Criteria:
- Level 1 Community Coaching Qualification (Level 2 - Preferred)
- Valid Victorian Working with Children Check (Mandatory)
- Communicate clearly and give feedback
- Manage a team and foster participation and enjoyment
- Develop positive relationships with key stakeholders (Players, Parents, Opposition and Umpires)
- A willingness to drive both the on and off field culture of a club
- Implement modern training methods
- Clear understanding of Cricket Scoring
- Clear understanding of Cricket Umpiring
- Ability to recruit new players into the club.
Senior Program - Senior Coach
The Buckley Park Cricket Club has grown significantly over the last ten years to become one of the strongest clubs within the North West Metro Cricket Association. For the upcoming the 2025/26 season the club will have three Senior sides, all of which have the potential to play finals at the end of the regular season. The club is looking for a qualified, experienced and enthusiastic playing Senior Captain Coach for the upcoming season.
