They will have really shone in all aspects of their supporting role, provided warmth, equality, supported progression, kept the nursery safe, dealt with issues fairly and shown professionalism in all areas. We are looking for the deputy manager who embraces and shines in all aspects of their role and shows enthusiasm and pride for Hungry Caterpillars.
