This award recognises the outstanding work of a Room Manager who has gone above and beyond in their day to day role at nursery. They demonstrate how they positively lead their team to get the best outcomes for children and families. They will have a sound knowledge of the EYFS, observation, planning and tracking children’s development and child development and are able to train and support others in their team to develop the skills needed. This individual will have made their room a wonderful place for children to learn and play, they will be a team player as well as great leader and always maintain the highest standards in their room. Please provide examples of how they support the team and individual children and show warmth, professionalism, dedication and passion for their role.
