1. Description of Roseheart October 2016 Referral Survey

The Roseheart Website Committee is again conducting the survey beginning on September 30th with survey period ending on October 31st. Last year, we had 94 households that participated which led to a very successful/usable survey. This year we are again having a web based survey which should allow homeowners to complete it in about 22 minutes at your convenience (depending on amount of comments). As before, you are asked simple questions based on your experience, “Would you use this firm/service again?” The intent is to remove those firms/services that have no ratings whatsoever from any Roseheart resident but at the same time giving more creditability to those that remain on the Roseheart Referrals. The final report will use the same format as current Referral Listing on the Roseheart website. In addition, the intent is to have one survey per Roseheart resident/IP Address.
Roseheart resident firms/services are NOT part of the survey and will NOT be rated. However, they WILL continue to be listed on the Website Referral but with NO rating.
DIRECTIONS: If you have used the firms/services and would use them again, you will check the box next to the name. You may check multiple boxes if you would use them again. If you would NOT use a particular firm/service again, please note this in the comments section WITH THEIR NAME. If you would like to see a firm/service added to the category, add the name and contact information in the comments for the applicable section. If you do not have any experience with any of the firms/services, just skip the question.
