Community Resident Survey 2026

Every three years, Action for a Better Community, Inc. (ABC) completes a community assessment to learn about the needs of our community. We value your feedback! Please take a few minutes to complete this survey by Friday, June 26, 2026. Note: The word community refers to the city of Rochester/Monroe County.
By answering all questions on the survey, your name will be entered into a drawing for a $25.00 VISA gift card. There will be 8 winners. Please provide your name and phone number at the end of the survey so we can contact you if you are one of the winners of the drawing. We will notify the 8 winners by Tuesday, June 30, 2026.
