Section I Nominator Information
The American Association of Heart Failure Nurses (AAHFN) is pleased to offer this prestigious award to an individual that has exemplified commitment and distinguished service to the advancement of heart failure nursing.
This individual, through their vision, foresight, and service has made extraordinary contributions to the AAHFN and to heart failure nursing profession on a national level. Additionally, through their outstanding accomplishments, the nominee has elevated the standards of care in heart failure nursing and has improved the care of patients with heart failure through practice, education, and/or research.
This is the highest award an individual may receive from AAHFN that pays special tribute to their lifelong commitment to the field of heart failure nursing.
