This survey will help us measure the effectiveness of the St. Louis Area Violence Prevention Commission (VPC) in achieving its purpose to: (1) Align, (2) Convene, and (3) Communicate with organizations addressing violence prevention and reduction.

The VPC objectives are to:
ALIGN organizations working on violence prevention in order to achieve greater impact on reducing violence in the region as measured by an increase in resource sharing and a decrease in duplication of effort.
CONVENE key stakeholders for shared decision-making and problem solving in order to develop a sustainable infrastructure for collaboration as measured by an increase in formal partnerships.
COMMUNICATE the value and effectiveness of a regional partnership to address violence as measured by an increase in shared communication strategies and co-branding.
You are receiving this survey because you actively participated in the VPC in 2018, 2019, or 2020 by attending a quarterly meeting or joining a committee.

Please provide an answer to each survey question. This survey should take about 15 minutes to complete. Your answers are completely anonymous.

At the end of the survey, you will be asked to enter your contact information for the chance to win a $20 gift card. We will select 5 people who complete the survey within the first week to win one of these gift cards. This is completely optional, and your contact information for the raffle will not be linked to your survey answers.

Thank you for taking the time to help us improve, so that we can all achieve our collective mission of reducing gun related crime, deaths, and injuries in the St. Louis region. If you have any questions, please contact Jessica Meyers at jessica@stlareavpc.org.

Sincerely,

VPC Evaluation Committee
