Welcome to the Rock Hill Schools Teacher Technology Proficiency Survey. Your responses will be utilized to determine technology proficiency as required by South Carolina Legislative Proviso 1.25.
Before we begin, be sure to have your teaching certificate ID (CID) and certificate expiration date ready. This information is available on your teaching certificate, but can also be obtained by visiting http://ed.sc.gov/agency/se/Educator-Certification/ .
Finally, be sure to set aside adequate time (approximately 20 minutes) for completion of the survey. There are 80 questions in total.
