Gingerbread Shed Festival Registration Form 2026

Please note, once your application is approved, the details you provide will be used by the Midsummer Place marketing team and shared with our PR agency, Perception PR, who may contact you regarding publicity and social media coverage. These details will not be shared with any other party.
1.What is the name of your business or organisation?
2.Who will be the main contact from your company or organisation for this event?

5.Please provide the company name and address as it would appear on the sponsorship agreement.
6.What does your business/ organisation do?
7.Please confirm who would be your chosen charity? Please provide their registered charity number and address.
8.What creative ideas do you have in mind for your Gingerbread Shed? Are you planning a particular theme, colour scheme or festive concept? Tell us how you plan to bring your shed to life and showcase your business and chosen charity.

We’ll provide the Gingerbread Shed structure, ready for you to decorate both inside and out. Please note, there will be no mains power available, so any lighting or electrical decorations must be battery operated.
9.Your allocated time slot to drop off your completed Gingerbread Shed will be between 10am and 4pm on 12 November, or 10am and 4pm on 13 November.

Will you be able to drop off your shed during one of these times?
10.What is the value of your Public Liability Insurance? What is the expiry date of your insurance?
11.Should your sponsorship application be successful, the next step would be us sending you a licence agreement. Once this is signed, we will provide a template risk assessment and method statement for the tree dressing and issue an invoice. Please confirm you are happy to proceed on this basis.
12.All tree sponsors will be invoiced £300 by Midsummer Place Ltd. Payment will be due by 9th November 2026, please confirm this is understood and acceptable?
13.You will be responsible for checking your decorations throughout the competition period, 14th November to 24th December, and maintaining your tree as required. Please note Midsummer Place cannot accept responsibility for any damage or loss of decorations. Please acknowledge that this is understood and acceptable.
14.Would you like to collect your decorations at the end of the festival? Please note, the main Gingerbread Shed structure will remain with Midsummer Place.

If yes, decorations must be removed and collected between 4 and 8 January 2027.

If no, Midsummer Place reserves the right to dispose of, donate or reuse any decorations as appropriate.
15.Should you tree be voted one of our winners, you will be asked to attend a press call in January, please confirm you will be agreeable to this?
16.We’d love to invite you to take part in a radio interview with Horizon Radio, based here at Midsummer Place. It’s a great opportunity to talk about the Gingerbread Shed Festival, showcase your business and shine a spotlight on the charity or good cause you’re supporting.
