Please help re-design MyCBDR
The Canadian Bleeding Disorders Registry (CBDR) and its patient home reporting module, MyCBDR, were launched in 2015. Since then, MyCBDR has been used by people with bleeding disorders and their caregivers to report on bleeds and treatments in real time to guide their healthcare providers in their individual care and gather data to improve health outcomes for all.
We Need Your Help!
The Association of Hemophilia Clinic Directors of Canada (AHCDC) and McMaster University are in the process of creating a new version of CBDR and MyCBDR, and have asked Bleeding Disorders Canada (formerly the Canadian Hemophilia Society) for help in gathering feedback from patients and their caregivers on what they would like to see improved. This survey will only take a few minutes of your time, and your responses will help design the new version of MyCBDR.
