Sisters In Strength (SIS) Youth Organizer Harsh Discipline Survey

Harsh discipline is an unjust severe punishment experienced by students in order to teach them a lesson. This happens when students are unfairly suspended or punished and denied their right to an education without the opportunity to speak up for themselves. Harsh discipline is a result of zero tolerance policies, dias, favoritism ,setting an example,or any other unjust reaction coming from the school discipline code, school staff , administration,or school safety agents . An example of harsh discipline would be a student being suspended for violating the school dress code.
