TRAVEL ARRANGEMENT

Please do not make any travel arrangement until you have received the confirmation from the EFJ.

The EFJ will only cover two-night accommodation for a single room (participants will pay extra to stay in double room). If you have to stay an extra night due to the unavailability of flight, this can be covered by the EFJ.

Extra stay for personal reasons will not be covered. However, we can make arrangement for you if you wish to stay longer. Please indicate in Question 5 on other/comment section.

Participation fees

As the programme is only partly funded (90%) by the European Commission, a contribution fee is required. Participation fees vary depending on which group your country is from.

For group I: 50€ (Austria, Belgium, Cyprus, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Ireland, Italy, Luxembourg, Malta, Portugal, San Marino, Spain, Sweden, The Netherlands, UK)
For group II: 30€ (Croatia, Czech Republic, Estonia, Hungary, Lithuania, Poland, Slovakia, Slovenia)
For group III: 20€ (Albania, Bulgaria, Macedonia, Montenegro, Romania, Serbia, Turkey)

Cancellation & substitution
Should you need to cancel your participation we would appreciate to receive your notification in writing as soon as possible.

Delayed registration
Should you fail to submit the registration form to the EFJ before 2 September 2019, we may not accept your registration.
