Crest USD 479 Strategic Planning Survey

Crest USD is in the process of developing a 5 year strategic plan. Through preliminary discussion with the board of education, we have developed 5 areas of focus for the next 5 years. The purpose of this survey is to solicit your feedback regarding concrete, measurable steps we should consider taking in each of the 5 focus areas. Please take just a few minutes to provide us your thoughts. Your suggestions and comments are extremely valuable in helping us create our strategic plan
