Orangevale Seventh day Adventist Church Volunteer Request Survey

This short 10 question survey is being sent to you by the Orangevale Seventh day Adventist Church leadership. You will see areas of service and ministries with brief descriptions. Childrens Ministry Team: Works on a Children's Ministry Team in planning and implementing overall ministry to children and families. This includes teaching and/or supportive roles in childrens sabbath schools, children church, and socials.

Adult Sabbath School Leaders: Works to help support adult Sabbath Schools in both leadership, coordinating, and teaching.

Deaconess (Hostess) Team: Works on a team to assist in church wide fellowship and arrangements for special events which includes evangelism and members with special needs.

Deacon (Host) Team: Coordinates with a team to help open the church on Sabbath and insure safety and a secure environment. Assists during service with collection of offerings. Works on a team to assist church matters related to maintaining church property and space.

Greeting Team: Greet people as they enter and leave the church, ensure people are seated at the proper time, provide bulletins and other materials as needed. Additionally, welcome and assist new church friends toward getting acquainted and involved in church activities.

Decorating Team: Responsible for securing, arranging, and disposing of floral arrangements and decorations for church services and special events.

Prayer Warrior Team: Responsible for receiving prayer request from the Prayer Warrior team leaders, with a committment to pray throughout the week for all request.

AV and Live Streaming Team: Works on a team that provides sound, cameras, lighting, and live streaming every sabbath during the worship service.

Social Media Team: This will be a new team for the OVSDA church, with intent to truly foster church relationships using Social media additional to the Church website.
