We have been partnering with two organizations at Ft. Campbell, Operation Next and Campbell Strong, to help transitioning service men and women get connected to manufacturing jobs across Tennessee for when they leave military service. To this end, we are helping support a job fair on August 13th at Ft. Campbell focused solely on manufacturing.
There is no cost to have a booth at the job fair, so if you would like to participate, please complete the questionnaire by July 23rd. We will be using these questionnaires to create a company guide book that will be distributed to the soldiers prior to the event, so they will have a better idea of the booths they might want to visit.
The following are general questions that will enable us to create a recruitment tool for your company community. These are not exhaustive, so feel free to add anything you think will be a good “hook” to get the attention of prospective employees and their families. Extra comment space is available at the end...
