This short survey will help Council and Program partners better understand whether the Living Safely Program’s Crime Prevention Kit has been useful for you, and how to improve Council’s future community safety projects.

Your answers will be kept confidential and you will not be identified in any reports and your privacy will be respected. Data collected from this survey will only be shared with Program partners for reporting purposes.

This survey will take about 10 minutes to complete.
