* This is not a complete application. Requests from residents of Shirley are being sought to determine the level of interest in a Housing Rehabilitation Program. MRPC is preparing a Community Development Block Grant which is due on March 6, 2020. If this grant is successful, then MRPC will be able to accept full applications in the fall 2020.
